Kristy: I am sure you usually only hear the complaints—but I want to thank your team for the quick and thorough response yesterday. We had a coffee spill outside of one of the offices that had really discolored the carpet. We tried to blot up as much of the spill as possible, but the result was not pleasing. I placed a work order yesterday afternoon. This morning, I received the notice that your team had completed the work order. I cannot believe the results! It looks like new.
